Welcome Back

Would you like to continue your previous session, or start a fresh one?

For best training experience, we recommend using a tablet or computer screen to control vitals.

Heart Rate: bpm
SpO2: %
Pleth Amplitude: % Adjusts the height of the pleth waveform from 0% (flat line) to 100% (full strength). Use lower values to simulate weak peripheral pulses (low perfusion, hypotension, hypothermia, vasoconstriction) and higher values to simulate strong peripheral pulses (well-perfused patient).
Pleth PTT: ms Pulse Transit Time — the delay between the ECG R-wave and the arrival of the pulse wave at the SpO2 sensor. Normal range is 200–300 ms for a finger probe. Use longer values to simulate low perfusion, shock, hypothermia, or vasoconstriction. Use shorter values to simulate arterial stiffness, hypertension, or proximal sensor placement (ear).
Systolic BP: mmHg
Diastolic BP: mmHg
Respiratory Rate: /min
ETCO2: mmHg
Temperature: °F
Glucose: mg/dL
SpCO: %

Vital Trend Time Apply New Vitals animates trendable vitals from current to target over this duration (3-300 seconds).

Browse preloaded clinical scenarios. Selecting one stages the vitals in the New column for your review before applying.
