This information is collected by Google Analytics for the purpose of understanding Service usage patterns. We do not directly receive identifying information about you from this collection beyond what Google Analytics provides in its standard reporting tools.
We use cookies for the following purposes:
We do not use cookies for advertising or marketing purposes. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals from web browsers.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only as described below:
We share information with third-party service providers that help us operate the Service. These include:
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data. We select providers that maintain reasonable security practices.
The Service is sponsored by MT Products LLC dba MedTech, and we share certain information with them as follows:
If you do not opt in to marketing communications, your contact information is not shared with MT Products LLC.
We may disclose information when we believe disclosure is necessary to:
If Training Monitor App is acquired, merged, or transferred (in whole or in part) to another entity, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice through the Service before any such transfer affects how your information is handled.
We retain different categories of information for different periods:
We retain session event logs indefinitely. These logs contain auto-generated usernames and details of training session activity. We retain them for the following purposes:
Logs are accessible to the controller (instructor) of a given session for 30 days after the session is archived. After this 30-day window, logs are retained internally for research and product development purposes only and are not directly accessible through the Service interface.
Active session data (current vital sign values, alarm states, battery percentages, and other live state) is retained while a session is active or recently active. After 7 days of inactivity, sessions are archived and live session data is purged. Only the event log is retained beyond this point.
Email addresses provided through our forms (early access, feedback, email registration) are retained indefinitely until you request deletion or unsubscribe.
Data collected by Google Analytics is retained according to Google's retention policies, which we configure within Google's available settings. Server logs maintained by Hostinger are retained according to Hostinger's policies. We do not control these retention periods directly.
Information you provide through Featurebase (feedback, votes, comments) is retained by Featurebase according to their policies for as long as you maintain an active connection or until deletion is requested.
When we use session event log data for research, marketing, product development analysis, or sharing with MedTechKits, we apply anonymization that replaces auto-generated usernames with non-reversible hashed identifiers. Aggregated, anonymized data may be published in marketing materials, blog posts, research publications, or other public communications.
We do not publish individually identifiable session data, contact information, or other personally identifying information without your explicit consent.
You may request a copy of personal information we hold about you by contacting contact@trainingmonitor.app. Because much of our data is collected through auto-generated usernames associated with anonymous sessions, our ability to locate and provide your specific data depends on your providing identifying information (such as the auto-generated username from a session you used or the email address you submitted on a form). We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill your access request and respond within 30 days. In some cases, fully fulfilling such requests may not be possible due to the anonymized nature of session data; we will explain such limitations when responding to your request.
You may request correction of personal information we hold about you by contacting contact@trainingmonitor.app. As with access requests, our ability to locate and correct specific data depends on your providing identifying information. We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill correction requests and respond within 30 days, explaining any limitations where applicable.
You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting contact@trainingmonitor.app. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will:
We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. Note that some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as records of past communications for legal or audit purposes).
If you receive marketing emails from Training Monitor App or MedTechKits as a result of opting in through our forms, every email includes an unsubscribe link. You may unsubscribe at any time. You may also email us at contact@trainingmonitor.app to be removed from all marketing communications. Withdrawing your marketing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any communications sent prior to withdrawal.
